Alachua County Road 325 comprises a 12.96 mile long rural loop northwest from U.S. 301 at Island Grove to SR 20 north of Phifer. Part of the Old Florida Heritage Highway - Florida Scenic Highway system, CR 325 runs along a bluff between Orange Lake and the Lochloosa Lake Right Arm to Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park. North from there, CR 325 continues to the settlement of Cross Creek and through a mix of ranch land and protected areas to CR 2082 at Phifer.
