Signed along two branches within Lake County, CR 565A initially travels on a 4.59 mile course along Montevista Road between CR 565B (Pine Island Road) and SR 50 in eastern Groveland. A second leg continues the county road northeast from SR 50 for 2.70 miles to a T-intersection with CR 561 (Lake Minneola Shores) west of Lake Minneola.
