County CA comprises a controlled access arterial east from the airport to I-41. The area around County CA is developing. Downtown Appleton can be seen in the distance.

Casaloma Drive provides the west entrance to the Fox River Mall and runs past Fox Cities Stadium. The stadium is the home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, a minor league affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers and also host of the NCAA Division 3 Baseball Championships.

Nicolet Drive north and Mall Drive south come together at College Avenue at this traffic light. This intersection is frequently congested with a lot of traffic heading into the Fox River Mall from I-41.
County CA ends at the following diamond interchange with I-41. College Avenue continues east from there as Wis 125 into Downtown Appleton. Beyond Downtown, College Avenue then runs past Lawrence University and across the Fox River to become County CE at Wis 441.
