State Route 24 Business

Delaware State Route 24 Business was established when the realignment of SR 24 onto the North Millsboro Bypass opened to traffic on September 26, 2025. The business route follows Main Street north from the intersection of U.S. 113/SR 24 to a couplet with Washington Street south through Downtown Millsboro. Leaving the town of Millsboro, Main Street crosses the Indian River by Millsboro Pond, becoming John J. Williams Highway. SR 30 (Gravel Hill Road) stems north from SR 24 Business as the route arcs eastward back to SR 24 along the North Millsboro Bypass.
The first shield for SR 24 Business stands along Washington Street just north of U.S. 113/SR 20-24 (Dupont Boulevard).

SR 20 follows the North Millsboro Bypass west across Millsboro Pond to a parclo interchange with U.S. 113 and SR 20 (Hardscrabble Road). SR 20 joins Millsboro with Seaford.

Hollyville Road south previously intersected SR 24 (John J. Williams Highway) cross from Jersey Road to the south. The road was realigned to a new signalized intersection with the North Millsboro Bypass in 2025.
