

Florida State Road 327 overlays a 0.589 mile section of Lisenby Avenue between SR 368 (23rd Street) and SR 390 (St. Andrews Boulevard) in Panama City. County Road 327 extends in both directions from the state maintained portion of Lisenby Avenue. The unmarked county road leads south 1.001 miles from 23rd Street to U.S. 98 (18th Street) and north 0.400 miles to the site of Panama City-Bay County International Airport.
Commercial flights to Panama City-Bay County International Airport ceased on May 22, 2010. The airport closed on October 1, 2010 after 65 years of service. The facility was replaced by the newly constructed Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in West Bay.1 The St. Andrew Bay Land Company acquired the 700-acre site for $51.4 million in 2012 and submitted plans for the first of seven phases for the SweetBay Development there in February 2014.2 Construction on the first of 3,200 homes for the master-planned community got underway in summer 2015.3
