Business Loop I-80 - Pine Bluffs
Business Loop I-80 follows U.S. 30 Business (Lincoln Highway) north from Exit 402 through Pine Bluffs. The two overlap east alongside a Union Pacific Railroad line to Nebraska. 0.4 miles beyond the state line, U.S. 30 Business ends as the I-80 business route turns south alongside both U.S. 30 and Nebraska Link 53B back to I-80. The route is unmarked in Nebraska and not signed from the freeway mainline in Wyoming.
Since 2000, this business loop has been deemphasized on exit signs from Interstate 80 in both states. Signs along the Nebraska side of the route were removed after 2009, while signs are still maintained in the town of Pine Bluffs.

Business Loop I-80/U.S. 30 Business (Parsons Street) intersect the south end of WYO 215 to the immediate north of I-80. WYO 215 curves northwest over Union Pacific Railroad tracks along a 17.2 mile course to WYO 216 near the town of Albin.

This shield assembly for Business Loop I-80 at the south end of WYO 215 at 8th and Parson Street was removed by 2007. No signage for U.S. 30 or I-80 are posted here otherwise.

Several gas stations, service stations, restaurants and other motorist services are available along northbound Parson Street. Redevelopment along this stretch by 2021 includes a new hotel and dollar store.

Business Loop I-80/U.S. 30 Business east overtake Lincoln Highway east from Parson Street into Nebraska. Lincoln Highway (old U.S. 30) west becomes a service road for I-80 from Pine Bluffs to Laramie County Route 161.

The first set of reassurance markers for Business Loop I-80 and U.S. 30 Business stand just east of Parson Street. Lincoln Highway runs along the north side of the Pine Bluffs street grid and enters Nebraska in 1.2 miles.

Removed by 2012, Business Loop I-80 was formerly posted at the end of the I-80 westbound off-ramp at Exit 1. The Pine Bluffs business loop follows L-53B north 0.41 miles to U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway).

Replaced shield assembly posted along Link 53B north / Business Loop I-80 west for the adjacent intersection with U.S. 30 and State Line Road. Business Loop I-80 turns west onto U.S. 30 to cross into the Equality State along the old Lincoln Highway.
