Interstate 82 bends southwest from the exchange with Westland Road to a Union Pacific Railroad overpass and the full-Y interchange with Interstate 84. - 08/28/2006

Completion of Interstate 82 in Oregon occurred on September 20, 1988 when an 11 mile stretch of highway opened between the 1987-completed Columbia River Bridge and Interstate 84.1 Construction on the $44 million project commenced in February of 1984.2
