Former Business Spur I-96 - Portland
Business Spur I-96 followed 1.29 miles of Grand River Avenue (old U.S. 16) from Kent Street in Downtown Portland to I-96 at Exit 77. The route was established by 1982 and decommissioned on October 31, 2007.1
East
One mile east of Downtown Portland, Grand River Avenue approaches the parclo interchange with Interstate 96. A pair of strip malls and an assortment of traveler services line the former Business Route ahead of I-96.
