Interstate 155 joins Hayti with Caruthersville as part of a 10.78 mile long route in southeastern Missouri. Inventoried by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) HPMAP as a north / south route, I-155 in Pemiscot County, Missouri angles southeast from Hayti to the Caruthersville Bridge spanning the Mississippi River. The freeway is rural across Dyer County, Tennessee east to SR 78 in northern reaches of the Dyersburg city limits.
