I-295 crosses the Delaware River into Lower Makefield Township in Bucks County. Major construction on the Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project started in April 2017. Costing $534, overall work was completed in April 2022. The first of two bridges opened with two way traffic on July 14, 2019.¹
