Interstate 345
Interstate 345 is an unsigned spur extending north from IH 45 along the east side of Downtown Dallas. The 1.8 mile long freeway connects the four-level interchange joining IH 30 and IH 45 with the Central Freeway leading north from Spur 366 (Woodall Rogers Freeway). The road is signed as U.S. 75, however exit numbering continues the IH 45 system to Woodall Rogers Freeway. Exit numbers reset for the Central Freeway north from there.

Leaving the symmetrical stack interchange with IH 30, IH 345 & U.S. 75 quickly reach the off-ramp (Exit 284B) for Main and Elm Streets west into Downtown Dallas.

IH 345 & U.S. 75 wrap around the Deep Ellum neighborhood northward ahead of Exit 285 for Bryan Street east.

Exit 285 lowers from the freeway viaduct northeast to Bryan Street at Cantegral Street. Cantegral Street links with Live Oak Street through the Bryan Place community.

A semi-directional T interchange joins the north end of unsigned IH 345 with the Woodall Rogers Freeway (SL 366) west. SL 366 forms the north side of the Downtown loop, connecting U.S. 75 (Central Freeway) with IH 35E (Stemmons Freeway).
