A left exit ramp was built in the 1970s, but later removed when the Stadium South was cancelled. Now just a stub between Wis 59 and North Avenue, the Stadium Freeway was proposed to extend north from I-894 through Milwaukee and end at the I-43/Wis 57 interchange.

A ghost ramp from the left is another remnant of the cancelled Stadium South interchange. Two of the ramps led to a park and ride lot which buses used, but these were closed in 2010.
