Route 21

Traveling wholly within Madison County, Kentucky Route 21 connects the city of Berea with KY 52 near Paint Lick to the west and U.S. 421 at Big Hill to the east. The mostly rural route stretches 17 miles, with concurrencies along both U.S. 25 through Berea and U.S. 421. The eastern end is located at the Jackson County line by Owsley Fork Reservoir.
