MD 300 is part of a multi state route with SR 300 between Church Hill in Queen Anne's County and Smyrna in Kent County, Delaware. MD 300 originates along Sudlersville Road from MD 213 in the town of Church Hill. Inventoried by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) as MD 300A, the section along Sudlersville Road heads 3.92 miles northeast to U.S. 301. East of U.S. 301, MD 300 continues 9.63 miles through the town of Sudlerville to the Delaware state line east of Peters Corners.

West

MD 300 (Sudlersville Road) shifts south through an S-curve from Everetts Corner, Delaware to Andover Branch.
