Minnesota 610 is a freeway north of Minneapolis. Dubbed locally as the “North Crosstown expressway”, Minnesota 610 currently begins at a wye interchange with Interstate 94. Traveling east, Minnesota 610 leaves Maple Grove and then has an alignment where it is in between CSAH 81 so that CSAH 81 acts as a frontage road for a mile until crossing Elm a Creek Blvd where CSAH 81 turns to the southeast and Minnesota 610 turns east. Minnesota 610 meets the US 169 freeway at a cloverleaf and then Minnesota 252 at a high speed 3-wye interchange before crossing the Mississippi River into Coon Rapids, where it ends at a complex interchange with US 10 and Minnesota 47. Eastbound Minnesota 610 defaults onto US 10 east and continues as a freeway to I-35W at a trumpet interchange.
