Highway 184 - Monticello

Mississippi Highway 184 through Monticello constitutes a 6.78 mile long loop south from U.S. 84 into the Lawrence County seat. U.S. 84 bypasses the town along a controlled access expressway while MS 184 follows Broad Street east from MS 27 to Downtown.

What was mainline U.S. 84 in 2004 became MS 184 with the completion of the Monticello bypass in Lawrence County. MS 184 intersects MS 27 south of a diamond interchange with the realignment of U.S. 84 west of Monticello.
