State Route 659 - McCarran Boulevard Inner Loop

SR 651 formerly began from the McCarran Boulevard intersection with SR 647 (4th Street) near West Reno. This assembly was taken down by 2010, without a reassurance marker added for SR 659 north.

McCarran Boulevard continues south from Nichols Boulevard to Victorian Avenue west and a parclo interchange with Interstate 80.

Victorian Avenue stems west from McCarran Boulevard and the westbound off-ramp (Exit 19) from I-80 as Business Loop I-80 to Reno. The succeeding turn from SR 659 south connects with I-80 west to Downtown Reno.

Victorian Avenue is locally maintained and was formerly named B Street.
