Route 481 North


NY 481 leaves the cloverleaf interchange with I-81 and I-481 on the approach to U.S. 11 (Nh Main Street / Brewerton Road) and Circle Drive. Exit 10 connects the freeway with Market Place Mall and array of big box retail.

Exit 10 joins NY 481 north with parallel Circle Drive. Circle Drive joins U.S. 11 (Brewerton Road) with South Bay Road (CR 208). U.S. 11 follows Main Street south through North Syracuse and Brewerton Road north through Cicero.

Entering the town of Clay, NY 481 continues northwest by Clay Marsh State Wildlife Management Area. The freeway is designated the Veterans Memorial Highway.

A short distance north of the county line is the half diamond interchange (Exit 13) with CR 57A. CR 57A travels south to CR 57 (Oswego Road) and north to CR 12 (Lock Street). Chesnut Street Road connects the county route with the town of Phoenix to the west.
