Routed wholly within Bucks County, Pennsylvania Route 413 travels 31.6 miles north from the Burlington Bristol Bridge spanning the Delaware River to PA 611 (Easton Road) at Pipersville. PA 413 (New Rodgers Road) extends north from the toll bridge linking with New Jersey to Veterans Highway outside the borough of Bristol.

Veterans Highway parallels I-95 and I-295 north through Bristol and Middletown townships to U.S. 1 Business (Lincoln Highway). PA 413 dog legs west alongside U.S. 1 Business to the borough of Penndel, where it turns north along Bellevue Avenue to Langhorne Manor.

PA 413 follows Newtown Langhorne Road north to the Newtown Bypass, where it combines with PA 332 and then PA 532 along a controlled access arterial around the borough. The remainder of PA 413 lines Durham Road northwest to Wrightstown, Pineville, Buckingham and Gardenville.
