Primary Highway 26 is a limited access freeway connecting San Juan with Carolina in northern Puerto Rico. PR 26 commences east from PR 1 and PR 25 as a parkway straddling Laguna del Condado east from Miramar. PR 26 transitions into an urban freeway ahead of the exchange with PR 22 by the Condado neighborhood of San Juan.

East from PR 22, PR 26 is part of unsigned Puerto Rico Interstate 3. The freeway serves Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Carolina before turning south to the exchange joining PR 3 with PR 66, the Autopista Roberto Sánchez Vilella toll road.
