U.S. 1 Business follows Lincoln Highway south of the freeway along U.S. 1 between Middletown township and Falls township in Bucks County. The route was established in 1986 when U.S. 1 was realigned northward to bypass Penndel and Oxford Valley. PA 413 overlaps with the bannered route east from Bellevue Avenue in Penndel to Veterans Highway just beyond the exchange with Interstate 295.
