Converging within Apalachicola National Forest, U.S. 319/SR 61 north expand into a four lane divided highway to SR 263 (Capital Circle SW). U.S. 319 turns east onto Capital Circle along the south side of Tallahassee while SR 61 remains northeast along Crawfordville Road toward the city center. 01/15/11
SR 263 encircles the west side of Tallahassee northward to U.S. 27 near Lake Jackson. Capital Circle varies with two rural lanes by Tallahassee International Airport (TLH) to a six lane commercial arterial between U.S. 90 and I-10 at Exit 196. 01/15/11

Curving northward, U.S. 319 (Capital Circle SE) intersects Leon County Road 259 (Tram Road). Tram Road angles northwest through a forested tract to suburban development and the Tallahassee Leon County Fairgrounds at SR 363 (Woodville Highway). 01/15/11

U.S. 319 winds northward along a commercialized stretch between Miccosukee Road (CR 146) and Welaunee Boulevard (CR 151). Capital Regional Medical Center appears to the northeast. 11/26/14
Capital Medical Boulevard loops east from U.S. 319 to the aforementioned hospital and Miccosukee Road (CR 146). 11/26/14
Leon County Road 151 meets U.S. 319 (Capital Circle NE) at the next northbound signal. The county road was realigned in the mid-2000s to follow Welaunee Boulevard east and a new couplet of Centerville Road west from Capital Circle NE. 05/14/14
Centerville Road leads southwest to Tallahassee Memorial Health Care Hospital and Miccosukee Road (CR 146), where CR 151 transitions to SR 265 and Magnolia Drive south. Centerville Road extends northeast from Welaunee Boulevard nearby to Killearn and the far northeastern suburbs. CR 151 ends at CR 142 near Miccosukee. 11/26/14

Hermitage Boulevard east and Eastgate Way come together at the next signal along U.S. 319 north. Eastgate Way provides the main entrance into the Eastgate subdivision while Hermitage Boulevard arcs westward to SR 61 (Thomasville Road), serving a number of offices, apartments and subdivisions. 05/14/14
A parclo interchange joins U.S. 319 with Interstate 10 at Raymond Diehl Road (SR 162). 05/14/14
Raymond Diehl Road (SR 162) links U.S. 319 with the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 10 and SR 61 (Thomasville Road) opposite the eastbound off-ramp (Exit 203). 2006-08 construction reconfigured the original diamond interchange between I-10 and SR 61 to incorporate new ramps directly with U.S. 319 for westbound and the loop ramp from newly established State Road 162. 05/14/14
The commercialized stretch of Capital Circle NE concludes just north of Interstate 10 at the merge with SR 61 (Thomasville Road) north. 11/20/14
Construction to expand the original diamond interchange with Interstate 10 included the addition of State Road 160 as a westbound connector to SR 61 (Thomasville Road). SR 160 otherwise comprises just 0.114 miles. 11/20/14
SR 61 south provides additional access to Interstate 10. The state road travels Thomasville Road southwest to Monroe Street (U.S. 27) ahead of Downtown Tallahassee. 11/20/14
Killearn Center Boulevard ties into U.S. 319 (Capital Circle NE) opposite SR 160 west to SR 61 and Timberlane Road. 11/20/14
A flyover was constructed in 2006 for the transition of U.S. 319 south from Thomasville Road to Capital Circle NE. This replaced a left turn. 11/20/14
U.S. 319 overtakes Thomasville Road from SR 61 northeast toward Hall Lake and Bradfordville. Hidden State Road 261 ends here as State Road 61 accompanies U.S. 319 for the remainder of the route north to Georgia. 11/20/14

Village Square Boulevard circles northward from Halstead Boulevard behind adjacent Village Square Shopping Center to intersect U.S. 319. The boulevard extends west to Village Commons Shopping Center and Maclay Boulevard. 11/20/14
The eight lane section of Thomasville Road ends at forthcoming Killarney Way east and Maclay Road west. 11/20/14
Killarney Way winds east to Shamrock Street toward Killearn Estates. Maclay Road angles northwest to Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park and County Road 155 (Meridian Road). Mid-2000s construction realigned Maclay Road to intersect U.S. 319 directly across from Killarney Way. 11/20/14
Ox Bottom Road (Leon County Road 0346) stems 3.31 miles west from U.S. 319 (Thomasville Road) to Leon County Road 155 (Meridian Avenue). 11/20/14
Ox Bottom Road (CR 0346) was supplanted as a through route by Kerry Forest Parkway between U.S. 319 and a new roundabout at the west entrance to the Bull Run residential development. CR 0346 otherwise provides a route to the Ox Bottom Manor and Rose Hill subdivisions east of Meridian Avenue. 11/20/14
Kerry Forest Parkway was extended west beyond an adjacent shopping center from U.S. 319 as the main route to Bull Run and CR 0346 west. The parkway winds east otherwise to Shannon Lakes Drive by Lake Killarney. 11/20/14
