
State Route 128 forms a circuitous route through Grand County in southeastern Utah. Traveling 44.56 miles overall, the state route heads northeast along the Colorado River from U.S. 191 near Moab to Dewey. Leaving the Colorado River at McGraw Bottom, SR 128 ventures northward across open desert to old U.S. 6-50 west of Cisco. The highway ends at a diamond interchange (Exit 204) with Interstate 70.
SR 128 is part of a shorter connection between Moab and Grand Junction, Colorado. A picturesque highway, the state route is designated as the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway.
