State Route 291
SR 291 originates at U.S. 2 & 395 (Division Street) in the north Spokane street grid between the Northtown and Town And Country neighborhoods. The state route follows Francis Avenue west to Nine Mile Road and an exit of the city. Nine Mile Road carries the route to Nine Mile Falls, where SR 291 parallels the Spokane River to SR 231 by Long Lake. The route measures 33.1 miles in length.
