Highway 193

Wyoming Highway 193 was originally a loop branching west from U.S. 87 near Kearny in Johnson County and Banner in Sheridan County. The route to the census designated place of Story became part of U.S. 87 following the permanent closure of the U.S. 87 alignment across Lodge Trail Ridge and Massacre Hill. This was due to a landslide at Massacre Hill.

WY-193 crosses Piney Creek just west of the old alignment of U.S. 87 along Piney Creek Road (WY-346).
