Utah 67/Legacy Parkway north
We begin our northbound journey along Utah 67/Legacy Parkway immediately after Utah 67 separates from Interstate 215 via a left exit. Utah 67 will proceed north as a freeway, yet will have additional mitigation measures including wetlands along its path. Photo taken 02/06/11 by Garrett Smith.

Towering power lines (including a couple of 345kV lines) cross over Utah 67/Legacy Parkway. Exit 4 is about one-half mile north of here. The next exit along Utah 67/Legacy Parkway north is Exit 7, Parrish Lane (one mile). A parallel set of 345kV power lines again come into view along northbound. Photo taken 02/06/11 by Garrett Smith.
Northbound Utah 67/Legacy Parkway approaches Exit 7, Parrish Lane (one-half mile). Aside from the fact that the Legacy Parkway had not opened at the time the 2008 picture was taken, a noticeable difference between the 2008 and 2011 pictures is that a new 345kV power line was placed into service along this major power line corridor (note the additional monopole tower visible in the 2011 picture). Leaving the Parrish Lane interchange, Utah 67/Legacy Parkway north will pass under North 1250 West (no access). The mighty Wasatch Front comes into view as the parkway shifts toward the northeast ever so briefly. The next three exits along Utah 67/Legacy Parkway north are Exit 11, U.S. 89 north to South Ogden; Exit 12, Utah 225/Park Lane; and Exit 13, Interstate 15 north to Ogden and Pocatello. This interchange is located in the city of Farmington. U.S. 89 continues as a north-south freeway from this interchange north to Fruit Heights, then becomes a divided highway from there north toward Uintah and South Ogden. Exit 11 will connect Utah 67 to U.S. 89 north to South Ogden. Exit 12 connects to Utah 225, a 1.274-mile state route that travels east to Utah 106/Main Street or west to Clark Lane with interchanges at Interstate 15/Utah 67 and U.S. 89.
