I can't think of one that starts with "0", so y'all will have to get this party started.

Maybe if it's in the middle of a number where each digit is pronounced individually (like 867-5309, but that's not the title of the song). That might make it easier.

25 or 6 to 4, by Chicago.

Oh no, what will we use for 25!?

As for 5, It's 5 o'clock somewhere by Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett

(ETA: Also just thought of Mambo Number 5 by Lou Bega!)

Is recycling allowed?  If so, "25 or 6 to 4" takes care of "six", and I can pounce with some titles including "seven".  (At which point my knowledge of numerical song titles will be exhausted.)

Two for "seven" -- "Lucky Seven" by Chris Squire, and "Song of Seven" by Jon Anderson.  (Both from obscure solo albums by Yes artists, which is the only reason I know these.)

I don't think recycling is allowed, but that's okay, I thought of a good one for 25.
