Highway families where you've been on the 3-digit route but not the 2-digit one?

Hopefully the title is clear.  I'm honestly not sure if I qualify myself, but what made me think of this was the "most recent first time" thread, where the most recent interstate I've driven on for the first time is I-275 in Tampa.  I don't have any memory of being on I-75 anywhere, but looking at a map, it's likely I have a mile or so crossing into Detroit from Windsor. (I may also have a portion in Cincinnati, although probably not; I think we took I-71 to US 50.)

Even opening it up to US routes, I'm not sure where I might have another candidate, but I thought it might make an interesting thread.  Feel free to include close calls like mine (either where you have just a tiny bit of the parent like my example, or where you have a completely unrelated portion of the parent like my example).

I almost did it and actually did for a day.  I drove I-196 in Michigan, but the next day I was actually on the parent when I drove I-69 around Lansing which concurs with it for a few miles..  However, I did not drive independent I-96 but for the sake of this I imagine it counts as being on after day one.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Well, I've been on I-270 in the Saint Louis area, without ever having been on I-70 anywhere near there. That's the best I got, though, since I vastly prefer 2dis to 3dis in my travel planning.
I-290   I-294   I-55   (I-74)   (I-72)   I-40   I-30   US-59   US-190   TX-30   TX-6

I can't really think of anything for myself. I will be travelling on I-376 in Pittsburgh later this summer but not I-76. That will count in the future.
Only two things are infinite in this world, stupidity, and I-75 construction

I've been on I-278 in NY, but never on I-78 in NY :) I was on I-78 in PA once but i don't consider them related.

I'm not sure if the section of US 29 I was on in North Carolina is I-785 yet, but I've never been on I-85.

Takumi

I've been on US 322, 422, and 522, but not US 22. I know for sure I've been on US 340, but I don't know if I've been on US 40 or not. Certainly not as a driver.

Olive Garden must be stopped.  I must stop them.

Don't @ me. Seriously.

I've been on I-270 in Maryland but never on any part of I-70.

Historically:
-The Rochester I-x90 routes before I-90 (back when I was REALLY little)
-I-278 before I-78
-I-476 before I-76 (VERY briefly; only a couple hours, really)

Offhand, I've been on US 191 but never US 91. I've also been on US 400 but never US 0. :bigass:

I can definitively say I don't have any interstate examples - there are only three 2dis with children that I've never traveled a single inch of (I-29, I-45, and I-82), and I've never been on any of the children of either.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

Nothing for the Interstates.

For US routes, I've definitely been on 522, and I've been on at least one (maybe two) out of 222, 322, and 422 somewhere in Pennsylvania. I have not, however, been on US 22.

Close calls: I've been on US 202 and 206, and I've been on less than two miles each of US 2 and 6 (the latter via concurrency with I-95 in Providence). I think 220/20 ends up in this category too.

Zeffy

US 202 and US 206 - I've never touched US 2 or 6. I-287 - I've never used I-87 either.

I've been on I-676 but not the eastern I-76. I think that's my only one.

Until 2015, US 206 but not US6. US 322 but not 22.

Unique case, until 2015 in the semi i also never went on i78 other than the NJ turnpike Extension.

Never been on US 2 (that I can remember), but I've used US 202 several times to cross the Hudson

Thing 342

I-278, but not I-78.
I-459, but not I-59
I-465, but not I-65.

Never been on the parents of US 340, 522, 220, 180, 206, 202, and possibly a few others.

akotchi

I have been on U.S. 191, but not on U.S. 91; U.S. 163, but not U.S. 63; U.S. 220, but not U.S. 20; U.S. 278, but not U.S. 78.

Nothing I can think of for the Interstates.

I have been on US 231 but not 31. I was on the former 31 inside the Indianapolis beltway( Meridian St?)

The only one I can think of is US 441, which I've traveled between the West Palm Beach area out to Lake Okeechobee in southern Florida, but never on US 41.
