Shouldn't there also be a yellow "exit only" plate below Matawan? There's space for one.

Complete with incorrect exit signage....

What's the error? Is it that NJ 29 is too far away?
The sign for 35A should indicate "1/4 mile" and not have the arrow (which implies that the ramp on the right is for both 35A and 35B).  Instead of replacing the sign, they chose the budget option and placed a ground mounted "South 34" trailblazer sign just beyond the Exit 35B sign.

They should at least cover the arrow.  Sign would be a little odd without a distance on it, but at least it wouldn't be as confusing as it is now.

I definitely agree.  I use 35A frequently, and get cut-off by last second mergers who didn't realize it was an 'exit only'.

Agreed again - I guess someone had a spare 34 shield and an arrow, stuck it beyond the exit sign and said "Good enough".

This has been this way for a couple of years - I believe since they replaced the 138 WB bridge over the GSP.

Let's visit Bemidji, Minnesota, for our 197.

I'm looking forward to the 500s and 600s.  I'll have a field day with NJ County routes...

The next post is number 200!  We reached the original goal I set out for. Thank you all for making this possible. Now let's see how far we can get.

At 200, the rules change a bit.
1.  The 10+ rule becomes the 5+ rule, meaning you can post after only 5 numbers beyond your previous post. So you can post pictures 208, 213, and 218 for example.
2.  If we get stuck on a number and no one posts for 24 hours, anyone can post. After 48 hours with no post, we can resort to GSV if need be.

That's it!  Let's keep the train rolling.

NOTE:  A complete updated list of rules can be found in the first post of this thread!

Louisiana highways skip the 200s altogether with just one exception. So unless someone posts Interstate 210 in Lake Charles, we're out of consideration until 300.

I had a feeling that our 200th post would be the route across MN-ND-MT!

I took this picture from the sidewalk outside the Maine State Capitol Building...Just down the street from the symbolic "zipper merge" sign I've been spamming all over this forum.

General FYI- updated list of rules is in the first post of this thread, which I edited.

I've actually been collecting data on exactly this, but I haven't published anything yet because I keep messing the counts up.   :-P
There have been no entries for RI, SC, SD, UT, WY, MT or MS.  AZ, IA, and TN were also on that list until very recently.

In Canada, we have more than half the provinces (at least AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, and NS). I have photos for two from NL in the low 200s, if I don't get beat out for those numbers, and maybe some in higher number ranges. If BC hasn't been covered, it's out of play except for 395 (I have a photo for that, but even if we get that far, I might be mostly offline on the road when that happens), but NB and PE have lots of high numbers out there.

All the territories are out of play: YT no signed and numbered highways above 37, NT none above 8, and NU no numbered highways at all.

Mine was MS 198, so that was represented.

Whoops! It's hard for me to tell between the states that are just circles...that leaves me resorting to context clues.
Glad to see some representation for Mississippi and Colorado in this thread!  Oddly the most and least religious states in America, respectively.
