Decommissioned Highways on Apple Maps, and is also slow to update

On Apple maps, every highway that existed in Wisconsin 30 years ago that was decommissioned appears on the maps.  I-41 also has not been placed on Apple Maps.  It seems that they are extremely slow when updating.  Took a look at the new I-22 in Alabama, and it fails to connect with I-65.  I'm guessing these problems are widespread across the country?

Maps still shows a lot of decommissioned California routes, such as 224 and 225. It also shows "unofficial" alignments, such as 198 through Sequoia Nat'l Park.

I found ME 211 on Apple Maps. It's between ME 41 and ME 27.

There's also a CT 35A.

Both of these routes are long gone.

Apple Maps isn't even reflecting realignments of 435 and the redesigned ramps of the Johnson County Gateway Project.

A few:

Has MD 147 continuing across US 1 onto Business US 1 in Bel Air.  Meanwhile, bannered routes such as Business US 1 appear to be a second routing of US 1 in the area. 

Shows a continuous CT/NY 124.   NY decommissioned the portion south of Pound Ridge in 1990. 

CT 179 still exists north of CT 20 on Granville Rd (decommissioned in 1979).

RI 101 is shown east of its terminus at US 6 and continues into Providence on Hartford Ave (which it might have [unnecessarily] originally, as was signed as such until 2003).  To compound the problem, RI 6A (not the correct US 6A) is triplexed with US 6/RI 101 west of I-295 from the end of the Scituate Bypass (ends at the I-295/US 6 junction).

I have to think that Apple's crowdsourcing efforts are far inferior to Google's.

I'm sure Apple is too busy showing off that courage of their's to remove the headphone jack to worry about silly things like new highways that have been there for a year and stuff like that.

Near my home, a flyover ramp was built at the interchange of I-65 and I-465 on the south side of Indianapolis. The ramp opened up in December 2014, Apple finally put it into their maps this summer. The new I-69 from US 231 to SR 37 still hasn't been updated. Yet, they had the new interchanges along US 31 in Carmel and Westfield already put onto their maps months before the actually exits were finished. It's a wonder I use Google maps over them.

I have other things to unnecessarily spend money on, so I have never gotten into Apple products, but didn't they change it so that you could download Google Maps on their devices after people got upset about Apple Maps being so crappy?

^ You have to use Apple Maps with Apple Car Play, which I know personally is a sore spot.

A large number of decommissioned Ontario highways are still shown in Apple Maps, which bothers me. In particular, in Kitchener, Hwy 8 was switched from King St to a new freeway, and King St was changed to RR 8. However,  on Apple Maps, it shows both as Hwy 8, even though they are side by side.

This is the best one, it also shows up in Google Maps and even in OpenStreetMap!

I-366 is still shown as VA 28.

Not to mention the Hypotenuse. Or Bielefeld.

Oh my god! Bel Air, Maryland is my neck of the woods! Someone sorta gave me a shoutout! Yaaaay!

Also, I didn't even know Apple Maps was still a thing. I remember its disastrous rollout a couple of years ago and I thought it got removed from the App Store for that reason. I had to check when this thread was started and it's only a few days old. So apparently Apple Maps is still a thing and it still has bugs and glitches.

Can you blame them? Wisconsin has made way too many routing changes over the past 30 years most likely more than any other state. The worst of all is in Waukesha County which so happens to be my county.
