The only one off the top of my head is NY 364 back in November.

And now I can add NY 252 to that list. Got it today.

I-94 (Multi-Day), I-84 (Western), I-82, I-86 (Western), I-69, I-96.  It happens when you drive across the US every 3 months for 5 years.
They said take a left at the fork in the road.  I didn't think they literally meant a fork, until plain as day, there was a fork sticking out of the road at a junction.

Now I can cross off I-2 (unless they extend it west/northwest of Zapata).  :paranoid:

Well, let's see...

...I 'clinch' WI 125 several times every week.

:-P

Seriously, though, I've done, in one sitting:
(interstates of appreciable length) 24, 43, 76 (CO/NE), 88(IL), 88(NY), 185, 285, 294, 380(PA), 476.
('US') 8, 141.
('state' roads of appreciable length) WI 21, 26, 33, 44, 131.
(other lengthy roads) Blue Ridge Parkway/Skyline Drive.

Just did OH 762 with my mom today.
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.

I clinched US 275 in one sitting last week, so that was neat

Missed getting a clinch of US 166 in one sitting on Sunday because the road was closed between US 59 and US 69. But since I had driven it between US 59 and I-44 a few years ago, I clinched it nonetheless, although not all at once.

Honorable mention: US-340. I had set to complete this all in one trip but forgot the piece below I-64. Failboat.

at least it's near you.  for the longest time, I had a gap on I-80 between I-215 (western junction) and I-15 in Utah... it was 750 miles from where I lived then, and ended up being 2000+ miles from where I was living when I clinched it.

That is quite a distance!

Two weekends ago, I was able to successfully clinch US 340 in one sitting.

I almost got 340 in one sitting a couple of years ago, but I was leaving from Staunton and I already had it from its southern terminus up to the Luray area, so for the purposes of time I took I-81 north to US 33 east to connect with 340.

I clinched Alberta 36 in one sitting on Saturday, which is my new record at 423 miles.
