WA 19 intersects WA 20, which intersects WA 21 a fair distance later.

Off the top of my head in IL:

US 51 intersects both US 50 and US 52

US 52 intersects both US 51 and IL 53

Historic MN examples:

MN 15: US 14 and former US 16
MN 55: former MN 54 and the former northern extent of MN 56

Other current examples

MN 60: US 59 and US 61
MN 95: I-94 and MN 96

Hmmmm...Since Illinois has various clusters of similarly-numbered routes close together, there has to be at least something.  What immediately comes to my mind is IL-146 intersecting IL-147, then IL-145.  IL-116 intersects IL-115 and IL-117.

US 6 crosses IL 5 in Moline and meets IL 7 in a "bump"  intersection in Orland Park, and IL 7's southern terminus is also at US 6 in Joliet

I'm sure there are others in the state, but the first one that comes to mind is OK-3 intersecting OK-1, OK-2, and OK-4.

I'm not sure if there's any for Secondary Highways.

If you take the route of the King's Highways before downloading, you will find that Hwy 6 intersected both Highway 5 and 7. Highway 7 intersected Highway 6 and 8. Highway 10 intersected Highway 9 and 11.

What's the longest chain? I know 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 is possible with US routes, but it's not in a single state.

Vermont currently has one example: VT 15 intersects both VT 14 and VT 16. Historically, US 4 intersected with both VT 3 and US 5, but VT 3 and US 4 no longer meet, due to US 4 moving to its new freeway alignment. The old alignment is now US 4 Business.

I'm confused. Your first two examples still exist today (hence why I listed them in my post). Also, as far as I know, Highways 10 and 11 didn't intersect even before the downloads.

Whoops

So I meant that Highway 9 intersected both Highway 10 and Highway 11, but no Hwy 10 and 11 did not intersect

The only California one of which I am aware:

US 50 intersects (unsigned) CA 51 and CA 49.

In Colorado:

US24->I-25->CO26
US85->CO86->US87->CO88

Specifically, CO86 intersects US85 and US87 at the same time.

dangit you beat me to it! i was too busy looking up to see if alameda ave intersected 25.

the 85-88 one, never occurred to me.

well played.

I-80 intersects I-79 and I-81 in Pennsylvania
In the next year or two, I-70 will be the second interstate to intersect both the preceding and following interstate numbers, with I-69 meeting it via I-465.

And if I-73 got built I-71 would qualify in Columbus.

Not mentioned before but all New England US routes above 1 and less than 7 if you want to qualify it as a state itself. Being sarcastic in a funny way.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Three seems to be common enough that I was looking for chains of 4 or more, which is why my first post in this thread was a chain of 4.

Ontario Highway 401 intersects the 400, 402, 403, and 404 (a chain of 5!)

402 doesn't touch 403.

Huh? I-70 intersects I-71 in Ohio. The intersection with I-69 will be in Indiana.

In NJ, NJ-35 touches the southern terminus of NJ-34 and the western terminus of NJ-36

Dirt Roads

In the way too strange category:  I-74 in North Carolina intersects with NC-71, NC-72 and NC-73.  I-74 also intersects (and runs concurrent) with I-73, and also intersects (and runs concurrent) with US-74.  And on the flip side (but doesn't quite qualify), I-73 in North Carolina intersects (and runs concurrent) with I-74 and also intersects NC-73 and US-74.

How about a skip stop approach?  I-74 in North Carolina intersects with NC-62, US-64, NC-66, NC-68, US-70, NC-72, US-74 and US-76.
