144 miles on I-90/NYS Thruway from Exit 55 (US 219) south of Buffalo to Exit 38 (CR 57) north of Syracuse.

If I ever have opportunity to use Exit 7 (Story Avenue/Mellwood Avenue) in Louisville, that will extend west all the way to Exit 113 (Lanesville) in Indiana.

Seeing this thread bump reminds me that I can update my list to extend eastward to the join/split of I-64 and I-77 in downtown Charleston.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

The Mass Pike has been good to a number of us in this thread. I have a 154-mile stretch on I-90, from Exit 8 in NY (NY 43/N Greenbush) to Exit 123 in MA (I-95). I am missing the next few exits going east (including Exit 123B, which has only been a separate offramp for a few years) and Exits 7 and 5A in the Albany area going west... knocking off those two would get me west to Exit 32 on the Thruway, which would be a pretty good run.

For now, I-90 is narrowly beat out by I-87, where I have everything from Exit 14A on the Thruway (Garden State Pkwy) to Exit 16 on the Northway (Ballard Rd), for 166 miles.

No Mass Pike for me. My longest is likely everything between (but not including) exits 223 and 293 on I-25 in CO, totaling 70 miles.

If counting I-35E as part of I-35, every exit from Clear Lake to Duluth (284 miles). If not counting it, every exit on I-35 from Columbus to Duluth (132 miles). I'm not sure if I have taken every exit on 35W.

Longest is I-15 from CA-18 in Victorville CA to NV-161 in Jean NV, 158 miles inclusive. Counting between the two exits I haven't used, Nisqualli Rd in Victorville and Sloan Rd in Sloan, that would be 173 miles exclusive.

Second would be I-8 from its west end to CA-111, 118 miles inclusive, .

Thinking about exits for the new lowest number thread gave me a better idea where I might stand on this one. I-87 and I-90 are my contenders.

I-90: Thruway Exit 36 for I-81 to Mass Pike Exit 94 (old 10A) for MA 146.  That looks to be about 267 miles.
I-87: Northway Exit 23 for Warrensburg to Thruway Exit 15 for I-287 South.  About 176 miles.

There's a good chance each of these could be extended in both directions with a better memory of my travels, but I don't specifically recall taking the next exit in each direction for these.

I doubt there are any other lengthy stretches that come close to these two for me.
Photos I post are my own unless otherwise noted.

To the best of my knowledge, mine would be a 117-mile stretch between Exit 7 and Exit 21B on I-87/NYS Thruway.

The ones that I can think of:

1. I-64 (VA), Exits 118AB (US 29) - Exit 136 (US 15): ~18 Miles
2. I-295 (VA), Exits 34 (SR-615) - Exit 43 (N I-95): ~9 Miles

Because of the nature of the job I had at the time, I've not only used every exit on long stretches of interstate, but also been on every single ramp over those stretches.  That includes even tiny little right turn ramps at terminals.
Like I-15 in Utah; that's like 400 miles or something, not counting spillover into Idaho and Arizona for turning around.
I-25 in New Mexico is another one.  Was on every ramp over its ~460 miles; well, every ramp that existed 10 years ago, so no Paseo Del Norte flyover for me. ;)
I've got other long stretches like that on I-24, I-65, and I-40 in Tennessee, but those aren't nearly as long as those two western segments.  Utah and New Mexico; those also include rest areas and weigh stations, so yeah; literally every ramp.
"That's just like... your opinion, man."

65.5 miles along I-65 from Exit 6 just outside of Elkton, TN, to Exit 308 in Cullman, AL.
It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

I think my answer is 92 miles on I-90 between exits 85 and 177. I might've used the Shopiere Road exit (exit 183) at one point, which would extend it into the Rockford area, but I'm pretty sure I've never stopped at Lyndon Station (exit 79). If I get off there at some point, it would extend my stretch by about 40 miles up to Tomah.

I finally got around to using Thruway exits 38, 37, 34, and 32 today, so this is now updated.  Following I-90, I have a (very approximate) 303 mile stretch from exit 50 (I-290) and exit B3 (NY 22).  But following the Thruway is even better, with a 409 mile stretch from exits 8 and 8A (I-287/NY 119/Saw Mill north) to exit 50 (I-290).

No.

Just went on a trip and used two more interchanges on I-90.

So, every exit from NY 33 in Buffalo, NY to MA 146 in Worcester, MA = 408 miles.

Extended my stretch a smidge on the west end.  Really should take that MA 122 exit someday.  I've only driven past it about 100 times and I'd extend all the way to the MA-16 exit...

Anyway, US 219 to MA 146 on I-90 = 412 miles. :D

On Saturday coming back from Zaragoza I jumped from N-330 to A-23 just to enter the latter at exit 296. Now only that unsigned, unnumbered exit between that one and Z-40 remains before I can lay claim to a 140 mile section in which I've used every exit, from exit 165 all the way to the current end of the freeway (although the continuation is expected to (re)start construction later this year).
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

I picked up both of these exits last week, so it returns to 289 miles on I-95 in Florida...I don't think I've been on Palm Coast Parkway. That's 100 consecutive exits, though I may have missed counting one of those single-ramp interchanges in Miami.

Stopped off Exit 289 (Palm Coast Parkway) for gas and food the other day, but I'm also missing the next exit (293) for Matanzas Woods Parkway, which seems to have no services. So now it's 101 consecutive exits.

I've used all the exists on I-79 in West Virginia (160 miles) and, in Pennsylvania, between the WV state line and Exit 87. That would be 247 miles.

If I fill in Exit 88, I could extend up to Exit 147 for a total of 307 miles.

Actually. Now that I think about it....the longest stretch where I've used every exit is from the exit for Ambassador Caffrey Pkwy in Lafayette all the way to Slidell on I-10. And I-12. So exits 98 ish to 240 on I-10 and all exits on I-12 from exit 1 to 85
I love freeways and roads in any state but Texas will always be first in my heart

Mine increased again a few weeks ago, as on Black Friday I took a drive and diverted to finally use exits 52A and 50A.  For I-90, it's a 387 mile stretch from the last exit in PA (exit 45 for US 20) to the last exit in NY (exit B3 for NY 22).  For the Thruway, it's a 484 mile stretch from exits 8 and 8A to exit 61 (Ripley).  I don't anticipate this increasing substantially again, since I'm not the type to go out an use exits just for that number (and @Rothman has that corridor locked, anyways); I did these mainly so I could say I have every Thruway mainline exit northwest of I-287.  Maybe one day I'll try to fill out the whole mainline, but that gets into interesting definitions down by exits 1-5 (I unambiguously have 4, maybe 5 depending on how you define it, and 1-3 have questions of what it means to use them that I'd rather have settled before attempting); I also need exits 6A, 7, and 7A.
