Highways from a County into another state with the same name

I-95 leaves Delaware County, PA for the State of Delaware.

Then I-70 leaves the County of Ohio in West Virginia for the State of Ohio.

In the latter it crosses a river with the same name separating the two different entities, but in the former both named entities aren't separated by namesake River, but directly on it.

US 18 and 151 both pass through Iowa County in Wisconsin.

I-80 passes through Nevada County, CA and the state of Nevada.

Not directly, though, it goes through a short segment of Sierra County between them.  (Nevada County does abut Nevada, but I don't believe any roads cross that boundary.)

Turning the calendar back over a century, the Yellowstone Trail (early auto trail) went through Washington County, WI and ended in Seattle.

MN has US 12 in Washington County (though only signed one time), which goes to Washington state.

I-5 and I-205 both travel from Washington County, OR to Washington.

Ironically, Mississippi County Arkansas does NOT abut Mississippi, but instead Tennessee. 

It is on the Mississippi River well north of Memphis which itself is north of Mississippi.

A near miss, but US30 goes through Washington County, Nebraska and runs right along the Columbia next to Washington without actually entering.

How about on the Kentucky side?  Ohio County does not border the state of Ohio, nor does it border along the Ohio  River anymore.  But US-62 rambles through 10 other counties in Kentucky on its way to cross the Ohio River in to Ohio.

Illinois has three more miles of I-55 than Mississippi does. (Neither state has a majority of the route, but Illinois has a plurality of it.)

Ohio County, Kentucky is quite aways away from Ohio though. It used to border the river so it's kind of a mystery why either Hancock or Daviess County didn't hold onto the Ohio County name and the current county renamed. Anyway everything named Ohio is named after the river, the state and counties in Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia. I was assuming that the way this post was that the county borders the state with the same name and the highway goes through both the county and state in question.
