I contribute revisions to this every year.

I'd like to be able to do that. I used to do that with companies like Hagstrom's and even Rand McNally.

I notice they have an insert for all the other electronic toll systems that are compatible with SunPass. I know only SunPassPro is compatible with the others, but so what? When my mother found out about this, she jumped to replace the old SunPass device with a SunPassPro device.

That fisherman's wife is kind of cute though. I don't know why, but something about her makes me think of the young woman who was on the Florida 511 Brochures from about 15 years ago.

Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masturbating. Everyone else gave me strange looks and were saying things like "what the fuck" and "call the police". I dropped my phone and everyone around me saw this image. Now there is a whole train of men masturbating together at this one image. This is all your fault, you could have prevented this if you had just tagged this post NSFW.

Well, I wouldn't know anyone like that. I just like women who have certain looks regardless of where they work.

I still haven't seen this fisherman's wife that was such a hot topic earlier today.  Maybe there is a reason that map won't completely populate on my phone and is all blurry?  ;-)

Not to, uh, change the subject...

Has Ding Darling NWR on Sanibel always been left off the map? Do they just not include National Wildlife Refuges? It doesn't even get a "Point of Interest," but Captiva Cruises does. I assume the POIs all pay for inclusion on the map, then?

Also sounds about right for the current State of Florida.

I found that part of Collier CR 858 east of Immokalee and Sunniland was improperly labeled as "839". Although, it does line up along the alignment of CR 839 down by Carnestown/Ochopee.

Portions of the Kirkman Rd extension have opened in south Orlando, including the elevated circle-thingy to Epic Blvd and the bus lanes. The ramps from Sand Lake Rd were supposed to open on the 16th, but that has apparently been delayed (despite what a PCMS says...). Speed limit is 45 through the extension, and only a small portion of the extension is considered on-system as SR-435. The bus lanes are well-utilized and well signed. MOT is still present in some locations, with lane closures that seem to begin and end periodically. Multi-use paths are about halfway-done, with pretty good (and almost-MUTCD-compliant) directional signage. I did not get any pictures, unfortunately...

Speed limit provisions removed from SB 462 in late-filed amendment, now only present in HB 567.

Here is the Florida State Map Revisions application. It can be a little cumbersome to add changes, but if you get automated with copying/pasting your name, email, etc. into the form, it doesn't take too long.

Thanks. And holy crap. I was just looking at the Saint Augustine insert, and all of US Business Route 1 is gone. I haven't been there since 2023, and the last time I was there it still existed.

Interesting notes at KSC:
"This section will be brought onto the SHS any day now. Roadway A continuation of SR 3, all the way to where Space Commerce Way intersects with it. Roadway ID 70140000 MP 9.755 - 11.272"
"Space Commerce Way soon to be brought onto the SHS. Maintenance easement agreement with NASA. SR 321. Roadway ID 70000411."
"This section will be brought onto the SHS via. a signed maintenance easement agreement with NASA. Awaiting As-builts and inventorying of the new bridges. SR 405. Roadway ID 70001000 MP 4.406 - 10.093"

Unfortunately FDOT D-2 hasn't sent out a work order to remove the shields.  This last year's GSV image shows that clearly.

However, the intersection of SR A1A and San Carlos don't mention US 1 Business continuing beyond San Carlos on San Marcos Avenue.  That was installed before FDOT had AASHTO remove the business route.

Southbound San Marcos don't mention the business route either.  SR A1A is mentioned but not the US designation.
