QuoteWashington has a trailblazer to I-15??  Impressive; where is that?

British Columbia 15, actually- off I-5, you've seen the photos. I-15 would be insane

why does Lansdale appear twice?  Were there, previously, two street names under the shield?

The top of the sign has the name of the interchange on all of the Pennsylvania Turnpike's exit BGS's. In this case, Lansdale is the name of the interchange. This is a carbon copy of a highway gothic font sign that was replaced not long ago. I am not sure what control city was meant to go there before.

oh, that, yes.  in that case, there is also 99 in the same basic area.

I'm getting maximum usage out of this photo:

On the same sign even! But Washington has a 99 anyway, so it wouldn't gain that number.

funny how little I remember of that exactly, seeing as I was there only about three months ago.  Then again, I was probably busy strapping on my diaper for the border patrol interrogation.

yes, but you could've gone with the far more awesome US-74 cutout from that state, as opposed to that abomination of generic poor design.  :-D

yes, that is a cast-aluminum interstate shield!  And, the closest thing you'll find in Tennessee to a state-named interstate shield.

How do you post photos from the shield gallery? Everytime I try, the photo never shows up.

oddly, I've never seen an old-style Ohio I-80.  I've seen an 80S, but it's on someone's wall (and is suffixed).

please note that the only Rhode Island routes I know past here are 81 and 94... and Delaware may be just as badly hosed, but they do have a 100.

Both states also have I-95, if there's sufficient state-related context to go with it.
