Woo, I've got a lot of catching up to do.

24
35
39
40
43
65
80
90
94
190 (SD)*
196
694*
535*
794*
894*

*= clinched (all 3di)

I'm having trouble remembering all the segments I drove on that '03 road trip to Alabama, so I might've done some mileage on 55 & 74 in Illinois, but I definitely drove through Nashville on that trip.
Amazing I'm still a few miles short of clinching I-43; still gotta do Beloit - Elkhorn. (not anymore :) )

Added these on a recent road trip to Iowa City:
88
280 (clinched it)
380
I've for sure driven on I-74 now and clinched I-43.
"That's just like... your opinion, man."

Is there anyone who has driven on every Interstate in the lower 48? It doesn't have to be the entire length, just a short hop between two exits is enough. I imagine there must be someone on here who has.

I can't offhand think of one that I haven't, except for the ones that vanished from existence before I had a license, like I-410 in Phoenix.

At least one.  I wouldn't be surprised if there are more, especially if you just count 2dis and don't insist on every 3di as well.

I remember reading about an elderly couple who've traveled to every county in the U.S. I wonder if they went on every interstate.

I recall someone on MTR, maybe 10 years ago or so, bragging about having driven every miles of the interstate system.

This makes me smile.

I've driven on all of the 1- and 2-digit Interstates, and around 73% of the total mileage including the 3di's and the ones outside the lower 48.

Sections:
I-24
I-35
I-39
I-44
I-55
I-57
I-64
I-65
I-69 (the southern Indiana portion)
I-70
I-72
western I-74
eastern I-76
I-77
I-79
I-80
I-81
I-83
western I-88
I-90
I-94
Minnesota I-35W
Missouri/Illinois I-270 (may have clinched this one, but I cant recall if I've driven all of the MO 370 to I-170 section at the moment)
Ohio I-270
I-271
Ohio I-280
Illinois I-290
I-294
I-376 (would have been clinched if the westward extension hadn't happened)
Iowa I-380
I-435
Kansas I-470 (only missing the toll section from US 75 to I-70)
Ohio I-480
Ohio I-490 (only missing the stub east of I-77)
I-579 (only missing the mainline between the Blvd of the Allies and the Liberty Bridge)
I-635
I-465
I-694

Clinched (if one can count a route as clinched if only missing mainline sections in interchanges and rest areas, and not having to travel the whole route in the same direction)
I-68
western I-76
I-99 (at least all of the currently built sections)
I-170
Nebraska I-180
Illinois I-180
Missouri I-229
I-255
I-279 (Including the part now signed as I-376
Illinois/Iowa I-280
Missouri I-470
Ohio/WV I-470
I-474
Iowa/Nebraska I-480
Missouri/Kansas I-670
Ohio I-670
Iowa/Nebraska I-680
Ohio I-680
I-865

If I-580 in Nebraska had been completed or not decommissioned, I would have clinched that one also.

If including routes that I had just been a passenger on, I'd have been on at least a section of most of the two digit routes.  The two digit routes I have not been on at all are I-8, I-15, I-16, I-17, I-19, I-27, I-37, I-45, I-66, eastern I-84, western I-86, eastern I-86, eastern I-88, and I-96.  Funny how I look at that listing as I type this and note how many of those routes are only in one or two states.

EDIT:  Forgot to add I-35 on the sections list
EDIT 2:  Can now at I-180 (IL) to the clinched list.
