Honestly, if you can muster up the money for it, I would invest in a gaming PC. I don't think it will be released on console at this point. Its release is currently on an indefinite delay, and I don't have much faith in CO to release it, much less in a stable state.

Further, a lot of the "code" mods that make the PC version playable right now will never launch on console, only assets. So you'll be stuck with whatever vanilla features it will have; the experience will be very bare-bones compared to the PC, as was the case with CS:1.

I decided to get C:S1 on my MacBook Air, and it works pretty well! Here is my first city so far (laptop controls are taking some getting used to):





Here's my turbine interchange with feeder roads underneath the interchange. I wanted to see if I could take a Texas stack and make it more economical. I think I did pretty well.


Nighttime view

The inspiration for this city is if a Texas city had extensive mass transit and a grid layout similar to Tulsa or OKC. I'm currently only running a couple mods (TM:PE, MoveIt, 25 Tiles, etc.), but I may add some more soon.
