If anyone gets stuck on the next two, the rest of NY 17 is available.  After that, NY will be out of play.

We will eventually hit a point where it will be impossible to post the next number. Texas is the highest in the United States at 880, but even then, there are numbers missing before it.
I's traveled:
10(TX) 20(TX) 24(TN) 30(TX) 35(TX) 40(TN) 45(TX) 64(KY-VA) 65(TN-KY) 66(VA-DC) 68(WV-MD) 69(TX) 70(IN-MD) 71(OH) 75(TN-MI) 76(OH-NJ) 77(VA-OH) 78(PA-NJ) 79(WV-PA) 80(OH-NJ) 81(TN-NY) 83(MD-PA) 84(NY-MA) 86(PA-NY) 87(NY) 88(NY) 89(NH-VT) 90(OH-MA) 91(CT-VT) 93(MA-NH) 95(NC-MA) 99(PA)

Don't know why there is a 'NORTH' here. There is no route number. I guess they wanted to sign the road that goes to the north of the freeway, but not the south part?

This seems more like something from the U.S. My area has signs that have no route number, but sign the direction that the road goes. I'll bet that this was made by a U.S. signmaking company.
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name

You can have a cloverleaf interchange, or some other interchange with direction-specific ramps, to an unnumbered road.  Things are spaced apart kind of oddly on the sign, but what were they supposed to do?  Example- https://www.google.com/maps/@41.7296883,-87.9776259,3a,75y,70.34h,79.06t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1srZEuQzJNirH0QR25baqoYA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

I don't think we've seen a whole lot of Maine in this thread.  So here's our 133 from I-95.

^^ maybe I don't have my terminology right, but I think the 134 violates rule 1 from the OP.

No, you're correct. That is an exit gore sign.

Rules:
1. An eligible picture is a picture of a Big Green Sign clearly showing the exit number, the target route(s) and destinations. Gore signs do not count.

134 is still in play.

I'm altering the rule to specify "target route(s) and/or destination(s)." 131 is good even though it doesn't specify a destination.

The infamous "kilpatricK" sign...this only lasted about a week before it was fixed.

I'm sure everyone refers to this route by its full name.  Our 141 from I-81 in Pennsylvania.

The amount of text for that road is obscene.  Absolutely idiotic.
