not as crazy as the fact that people blow .162 and are clearly incapacitated, and they get away with probation and a fine, and are back on the road within 6 months. Honestly, the two-beer happy hour crowd is not what we should be going after... it's the ones that say they've only had two beers!

UT-24 is a sensible continuation of US-24 if a long multiplex is permitted between wherever US-24 ends now, and where Utah 24 turns off I-70. US-24 used to go all the way to Grand Junction but now it terminates at US-6.

I can't make sense of that 24 sign. The shield is something I've never seen before and UT-24 is signed east-west rather than north-south which is what the sign suggests.

the photo is from the 1970s. Apparently, then 24 was signed north-south. I am not a Utah highway expert so I do not know for sure.

the "puffy cloud" variant of the beehive shield is the button copy version.
