By the way, just want to mention that I sent that video to ArDOT a few days ago and I got a response back earlier today of them basically mentioning that they'll fix the error as soon as possible. The intersection of AR 7/207 is almost a two hour drive away from where I live and I frankly don't see myself going by there again for the foreseeable future, but it should hopefully get fixed very soon.

PA has quite a few X/8 mile signs scattered throughout the state.  I see the one on I-81 SB approaching US 11/US 15 regularly.

I think even according to the current fucked-up guidance in the MUTCD, that would be erroneous. Note that the sign is upstream of the beginning of the deceleration lane. (The confusing MUTCD guidance says that anything posted downstream of the gore gets an exit only banner whether or not a lane is exiting there, which is silly, but it's not what's happening here.)

The sign for this exit eastbound is correctly "Exit Only" (as it is over an actual exit-only situation)
Maybe they got those signs "Buy-One-Get-One-Free"?

Already been mentioned to FDOT internally. That and the one left exit tab for U.S. 301 on I-75 south for Riverview still remain. Personnel in charge of signing evidently do not see issues with leaving either as-is.

I finally got around to checking the replies;

Your recent email sent regarding the SR 45 overhead route marker sign on (EB) Hillsborough Avenue at Nebraska Avenue was forwarded to my office for response.

Our research has determined that a resurfacing project completed in 2021 mistakenly installed this panel showing "EAST" instead of the correct "SOUTH" as you have indicated.

We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Be advised that corrective action will soon be taken to have this sign panel replaced.

On a recent trip I noticed this guide sign for NC 197 has its arrow pointing the wrong way. 197 south turns left here, and one can see the reassurance marker in the near distance. I wonder what happened? since older street view shows the arrow pointing the correct way.

Although, I'm guessing this area looks very different now since Helene came through.....

For a little while VDOT actually used those those for primary routes (at secondary routes) in several districts but not so much now.

There are others in Prince Bill County that are correct.  The old ones in Haymarket that looked the same as above appear to have been replaced.
