State Route 20 Business
There are two business routes for State Route 20 in Northern California. Located in Colusa County, the western section of SR 20 Business follows E Street and Husted Road in a loop south from SR 20 to the city center of Williams. A sparsely signed business route for SR 20 overlaps with SR 49 Business through Grass Valley and Nevada City. The remaining shields for SR 20 Business appear in Nevada City.
East - Williams
Eastbound SR 20 Business (E Street) meets Business Loop I-5 (7th Street) in Downtown Williams.

The Williams Arch is prominently featured along E Street (SR 20 Business) at 6th Street. Williams, a small farming community, is best known by Interstate 5 travelers for the typical fast food and gas franchises near the freeway.
