There are four branches of County Road 69A posted in Calhoun and Jackson Counties in the Florida Panhandle. The longest is the section branching west from SR 69 north of Blountstown. Traveling 9.43 miles, CR 69A heads north to Henderson Mill and CR 278 in southern Jackson County via Orlando Road.
County Road 69A forms a 7.17 mile loop east from SR 69 in Jackson County to the community of Shady Grove. The south leg of this section extends Birchwood Road east from CR 278 to CR 280 (Shady Grove Road). CR 69A overlaps with CR 280 along Shady Grove Road 3.91 miles north between Dickson Bay and Ocheesee Pond back to SR 69 in the town of Grand Ridge.
East of Grand Ridge, a separate section of County Road 69A stems north from McKeown Mill Road near Inwood to U.S. 90 at El Bethel Church Road. CR 69A continues north along El Bethel Church Road onto Sanridge Church Road. The 9.45 mile leg concludes at Welcome Church Road east of Dellwood.
The northern segment of CR 69A forms a 4.93 mile long L-shaped route connecting SR 69 at Two Egg with CR 164 (Timberlane Road) north at Lovedale. Wintergreen Road extends north from the turn of CR 69A onto Lovedale Road as CR 165A to Bascom.
