County Road 527A - Landstreet Road
An unmarked route, County Road 527A overlays Landstreet Road 2.248 miles east from U.S. 17-92-441 (Orange Blossom Trail) to Orange Avenue (CR 527) at Taft. The arterial route serves an array of industrial parks situated just west of the Orlando city limits.
Landstreet Road provides part of the route linking U.S. 17-92-441 (Orange Blossom Trail) with the Beachline Expressway east. A loop ramp joins CR 527A with SR 528 just east of OBT.

SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) extends east from CR 527A (Landstreet Road) to Belle Isle, Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Space Coast.

Bachman Road leads south from Landstreet Road to the Greater Orlando Auto Auction and Taft Vineland Road.

Sidney Hayes Road runs along the west side of the Taft residential street grid from Landstreet Road to 4th Street.

Landstreet Road crosses the CSX Railroad / SunRail and intersects Orange Avenue (CR 527) on the north side of Taft. CR 527 follows Orange Avenue north to SR 482 (Sand Lake Road / McCoy Road) at Pine Castle and south to Kissimmee.
