State Road 103
State Road 103 runs 3.81 miles north along Lane Avenue S from SR 208 (Wilson Boulevard) to U.S. 90 (Beaver Street) in Jacksonville. The five lane boulevard runs through residential areas of Hyde Park to Wills Branch. Shifting east through an S-curve across the Cedar River, Lane Avenue S constitutes a commercial arterial to the Normandy and Normandy Villages neighborhoods and Interstate 10.
