State Road 128
State Road 128 runs 2.50 miles east along San Juan Avenue between Hyde Park and Fairfax in the city of Jacksonville. The five lane boulevard stems east from SR 103 (Lane Avenue S) to U.S. 17 (Roosevelt Boulevard) at the Lakeshore neighborhood. The eastern three blocks connects U.S. 17 with SR 211 (Herschel Street).
