Florida State Road 483 and Volusia County Road 483 run between Williamson Boulevard (CR 4009) and SR 5A (Nova Road) along Clyde Morris Boulevard. Heading north from Taylor Road in Port Orange, a two lane section of Clyde Morris Boulevard connects with SR 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) in 0.88 miles. Expanding into a five lane boulevard, CR 483 continues northward through Port Orange into the Daytona Beach city limits ahead of Big Tree Road (CR 4072).

CR 483 becomes SR 483, 4.03 miles north of SR 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) at SR 400 (Beville Road) in Daytona Beach. 3.38 miles in length, the state maintained section of Clyde Morris Boulevard runs east of Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) by Mainland High School. SR 483 concludes at the west end of SR 430 (Mason Avenue). CR 430 extends 1.88 miles west along Mason Avenue to Williamson Boulevard (CR 4009) while CR 483 resumes along Clyde Morris Boulevard north 5.30 miles to SR 40 (Granada Boulevard) in Ormond Beach.
