E Primm Boulevard ties into Interstate 15 at Exit 1 as the freeway enters the Silver State from San Bernardino County, California. Primm consists of casino hotels and an outlet mall.

Opened May 1994, the western themed Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino lines the east side of I-15 north of E Primm Boulevard. The resort closed its doors March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Desperado is a steel roller coaster at Buffalo Bill's Hotel, with a maximum height of 209 feet and drop of 225 feet. The 5,843 foot hypercoaster closed to riders February 2020.
