North of the systems interchange (Exit 33) with I-215/CC-215, the first of two ramps depart I-15 north for Frank Sinatra Drive north and Tropicana Avenue at Exit 35 for Russell Road.

Construction on the Tropicana Interchange Project between 2022 and Fall 2025 rebuilt the diamomd interchange joining I-15/SR 593. Work widened Tropicana Boulevard, realigned Dean Martin Drive westward and built new bridges.

Harmon Avenue connects the HOV Lane with the City Center complex, which includes the Aria, Vdara, and Cosmopolitan casino resorts. The arterial continues east of Las Vegas Boulevard to the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) campus.
