Interstate 86 extends 7.00 miles west into Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania. Wholly within Greenfield Township, I-86 connects with PA 89 north of Colts Station and I-90 at the west end.
I-86 travels across the Southern Tier of New York east to Jamestown, Elmira and Binghamton. A section section of I-86 dips into the Keystone State for 0.20 miles at U.S. 220 in South Waverly.
